Problemas al instalar temas en D7

Saludos comunidad Drupalmania !!!

Me he topado con un problema al tratar de instalar temas con Drupal 7, ya sea mediante una URL o seleccionando un archivo a instalar.

El mensaje que Drupal muestra es:

aun asi pulso en siguiente y los siguientes mensajes son:

Por favor si alguien tiene alguna idea de como salir del problema. Estoy corriendo Drupal desde localhost con SO Ubuntu. Ayuda...
